Medicines Advice for Patients

Patients of Ipswich Hospital may use this form to ask our information pharmacists about medicines prescribed for them by hospital staff.

We can answer questions such as: We can not answer questions on:
How and when should I take my medicines? Your illness in general.
What are the side effects of my medicines? Symptoms or a condition that has not been diagnosed by your doctor.
Can I take two or more medicines together? Alternatives to your treatment if it is not working.

During the working week we aim to reply to enquiries within 24 hours. In most instances, we will reply by phoning you during the day. We cannot reply on a Saturday or Sunday.
