Stroke Services User Group
This is a new group.
It is for:
- people who had a stroke;
- their partners; and
- stroke charities.
who want to improve the experience of others:
- in hospital; and
- during follow-up.
Nurses, therapists and doctors will be there to:
- discuss concerns; and
- work together for solutions.
Meetings are bi-monthly.
Free transport is available.
