Our Compliment Wall
From October to December 2011 we received 1815 compliments compared to 159 complaints.
We are very proud of the amazing work our staff do, and we are always very happy to receive letters of thanks. Our compliment wall exists to promote our high standards and remind staff how well regarded they are by their patients. Whilst we take complaints very seriously and welcome the opportunity to improve, we are delighted that we receive around 10 times as many compliments than complaints.
Each quarter our compliment wall is updated which is prominently placed near South Wards reception. The poster compares how many compliments and complaints have been received in that quarter, and reveals some of the comments patients have made about their care.
