Profile:
Dr Lane has been a consultant rheumatologist at Ipswich Hospital since 2004. She sees all general rheumatology patients but since 2012 has also taken over the lead of the Osteoporosis and Fracture Liaison Service. Dr Lane's research fellowship and MD were in primary systemic vasculitis, especially epidemiology and environmental factors. Her other clinical special interests are early arthritis, musuloskeletal ultrasound and connective tissue disease. Dr Lane's qualifications are MBChB(Birm) 1994, MRCP 1997, MD 2001, FRCP 2008.

Special interest in connective tissue disease (vasculitis, lupus) ultrasound  for early inflammatory arthritis, medical education.

Profile:
Dr Ntatsaki is a Consultant Rheumatologist at Ipswich hospital NHS Trust and an Honorary Senior Lecturer at University College London. She first joined Ipswich hospital in 2006 and after completing her training in the East of England and London re-joined the Rheumatology team as a permanent NHS Consultant in 2016.

She is a general rheumatologist with a specialist interest in ultrasound for early arthritis, Connective Tissue Disease (systemic lupus erythematosus, vasculitis) and Integrated Medicine. She runs a dedicated ultrasound and CTD clinic and is the East Anglia Rare Autoimmune Disease lead for Ipswich hospital. She works at Ipswich hospital 4 days a week and continues her research and teaching in Lupus and Vasculitis at University College London and Royal Free hospitals in London.

She is a very keen educator, awarded with the “Educator of the Year” distinction by  Health Education East of England and is a Fellow of the Higher Education authority . She has a Masters degree in Medial Education, is the Educational supervisor for Rheumatology trainees in Ipswich Hospital and enjoys teaching undergraduates, postgraduates, GPs as well as allied health professionals.

Dr Ntatsaki’s qualifications are MRCP(London), MRCP (Rheumatology), LFHom, MA( Med Ed), FHEA , FRCP.

Dr Shand has been a pure Rheumatology consultant for several years and joined the Ipswich Rheumatology team in March 2011. She enjoys seeing a wide variety of patients and aims to help patients with early rheumatoid arthritis achieve remission via tight control and recently commenced a multidisciplinary patient education programme to enhance patient empowerment.

Dr Shand developed an interest in CTD whilst training in London and is keen to develop pathways for chronic MSK problems with GPs in the community. She is also happy to teach at GP CPD events.

Dr Watts is a general rheumatologist but my major clinical interests are inflammatory arthritis, connective tissue diseases and the systemic vasculitides. He was appointed to Ipswich Hospital as a consultant rheumatologist in 1994. Dr Watts is a Clinical Senior Lecturer at Norwich Medical School and Visiting Professor of Rheumatology at University Campus Suffolk.
