Ipswich Hospital is on several bus routes within Ipswich.

First Group buses all operate along Woodbridge Road East.
Bus 64 runs every hour with no Sunday service.
Bus 65 runs every 2 hours with no Sunday service.
Bus 66 runs every 15 minutes, Monday to Friday, every 20 minutes on Saturdays, from Ipswich railway station and the Old Cattle Market bus station. It also runs every 30 minutes on Sundays and every hour in the evening.
Bus 75 (Felixstowe service) runs every 30 minutes during the day and every hour in the evenings and on Sundays. This bus operates via the hospital site.

Ipswich Buses all operate via the hospital site Garrett Anderson Centre (Emergency Department).
Bus X5 runs every 20 minutes during the day then every 30 minutes during evenings Mondays to Saturdays (except public holidays), and every 30 minutes on Sundays.
Bus 6 runs every 20 minutes during the day then every hour in the evenings Mondays to Saturdays (except public holidays), and hourly on Sundays.
Bus 6A runs every 20 minutes during the day and hourly during evenings Mondays to Saturdays (except public holidays), and hourly on Sundays.
