How to give feedback

We are keen to hear your feedback - whether positive or negative - about any aspect of our service. Likewise we would welcome any suggestions you might have for improving the service.

You can give us feedback in the following ways:

  • Complete our short outpatient feedback questionnaire on our iPAD in clinic following your appointment. A member of staff can always help you with this if required.

  • Write us a letter with your feedback.
  • Contact the Ipswich Hospital Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS), who will pass on your views to us. You can contact them via their webpage, or by calling them on 0800 328 7624.
