Arranging a Visit Once you are in Hospital

After coming into hospital you can contact the Chaplaincy team in a variety of ways. See Contacting the Chaplains to learn more.

There is a chaplain on-call at all times to respond to urgent requests for spiritual and pastoral support. If you wish to speak to a chaplain urgently, please ask a member of staff to contact the on-call chaplain via the switchboard by dialling ‘0’ from any internal extension.

Routine non-urgent referrals can be made by dialling ext 6100 from any internal extension. The member of staff should leave your name, the ward name and a contact telephone number on the Chaplaincy voicemail if there is no reply. Chaplains aim to respond to non-urgent referrals within two working days.
