The Publication Scheme is in three parts. We will publish the criteria on which our information management policies are made, a referral point for all enquiries regarding information management generally in the Trust, and any changes we make to this Publication Scheme (as they occur). We will also publish any proposed changes or additions to publications already available.
This Publication Scheme is a complete guide to the information routinely published by Ipswich Hospital. It is a description of the information about our Trust, which we make publicly available. We shall review the Scheme at regular intervals and monitor how it is operating.
