Can I change or cancel my appointment?

We strongly recommend that you attend your planned appointment as this is for your health and wellbeing, although we understand that in some cases you may not be able to.

If you are being seen for a management referral, you will be asked to advise your line manager or HR that you are unable to attend and give a reason why. You will also need to rebook the appointment when you call.

Please give us 72 working hours' notice if you wish to change or cancel an appointment - please call 01473 704011.
