When will I receive my appointment?
If you have been referred by your line manager or HR for an appointment, we endeavour to send you an appointment within seven days of receiving the referral. You will be offered the first available appointment with the specified clinician, following the triage process.
If you have been asked to contact the department to arrange an appointment, verbal confirmation will be provided at the time.
Any follow-up appointments required will be made by your clinician at the time, or by reception after your appointment.
