My prescription has expired – can my GP renew this for me?

Usually we will provide you with a prescription for any new disease-modifying treatment commenced but you will need to obtain further prescriptions from your GP. An exception is leflunomide, which can only be obtained from the hospital for the first six months of treatment. If you require a repeat prescription for this, please request this when you attend or via our advice line on 01473 703315, ensuring that you allowing plenty of time so you do not run out of tablets.
